I tried the risk free trial also and found that when I tried to cancel by the e-mail address that they provided I got no response. I then got billed for a 2nd bottle and called customer support to complain.
They told me they never received my e-mail message and that they can't handle the cancelling of memberships, but would send me a form to fill out which I would receive in 24hrs. Well the 24 hrs. Passed and 5 days and still no form. I called customer service again and they told me to go to www.millionairemission.Biz/healthcancelform. Pdf to get my form.
This form states that you will need to allow another 3 weeks before it is processed, which means that you will keep receiving there product because another 30 days will have passed. I was told in order to get my money refunded I have to wait for a cancellation number before they will give me a refund if I even receive a number, but the form states that by signing all product and services recieved are non-refundable.
Please be aware of any product like this. The terms and conditions when accepting the trial are totally different then what is stated on the cancellation form.
