Rip off! Refuses to cancel

I ordered a trial for $5.99 and received the product. It was taken out of my account. I had a severe reaction after the second pill and tried to contact the company.

Imagine my surprise when $74.95 was automatically deducted from my account! I contacted the company on March 19 at 866-519-5308 and spoke with "Wilson" to try and get this cancelled. I advised that I had only signed up for a trial and had a severe reaction. I offered to return the unused product (declined by "Wilson'). He stated that I was within the "trial period cancellation time frame". He advised that I would receive and e-mail in 24-48 hours to cancel. (WRONG)

On March 26 I called 800-645-0536 (another number listed by my bank as a contact number). I spoke with "Kevin" who listened to my story and said that the only way to cancel was to send a cancellation form. The website was: www.millionairemission.Biz/healthcancelform. Pdf. I was to print the form and send it in. He advised that he would refund the $74.95 (WRONG)

With no response I am working with my bank to get the money refunded.

I received another bottle in the mail and returned it "REFUSED, return to sender".

OK Now they have taken ANOTHER $74.95! On April 15 I called and spoke with "Keisha". She advised that they have to have the form and you cannot black out the credit card information on the form. When I asked for a supervisor or manager I was advised that they have had "technical problems" for more than a week and cannot connect to a supervisor. I asked to speak with ANY person other than an original operator and was declined. They do not have an e-mail address or fax number I can use to contact someone.

Interestingly the cancellation form indicates: By signing this form I am hereby authorizing my account to be canceled and completely removed without further need or use for it in the future. I understand that my account MUST BE CURRENT for this cancellation to take effect and that all previous charges will not be refunded to me as the products and services I received are non-refundable. I acknowledge that no product result guarantees were made to me and that I WILL INDEMNIFY THE COMPANY from any symptoms or side effects I may experience from taking and or using their product. I further understand that my success with the product I received was ultimately my responsibilty and I am hereby deciding to not use this product any further.

Seems like they know it is bad and want to get and keep as much money as possible as the only way to cancel is to be "current".
