Refuse to cancel account. Still billing my credit card

Their website is a labyrinth of dead ends and brick walls and is designed specifically to make it almost impossible to contact them. I have emailed them at least 4 times and have got nowhere.

Now they owe me for 12 months of billing @ $16.95 28.99% interest for each month they charged my card without my authorization. I cancelled this account in February 08 and I am still being billed in March.

I can't seem to get anywhere or get my money back.
