I ordered $34.93 worth of products on February 5 from their website allstatebeauty.com. On the 9th of February they charged my account. February 11th I recieved an e-mail stating they we processesing my order. I called their office at 718-928-0995 on February 16th and was told they we no longer able to get the product I ordered from their supplier. The woman said they would cancel my order and issue a credit to me account. I have called several times since and as of today February 28th, no credits have been issued. I found another phone number of 718-266-0799 at their Brooklyn location.
