USA Called to cancel and told to return "free" bottle to Des Moines address or be charged over $50

I ordered the "free month supply". After hearing on TV that this is a scam, I called the cancellation number given in my order confirmation. I was told that I was going to be charged over $50 for that "free" bottle.

I mentioned their ad said "You are fully covered by our 60-day full money back guarantee." I was then told to mail the bottle back. I was given a Des Moines, Iowa address.

I am canceling my credit card and getting a new number.
