In addition to all the other well-document complaints about this company, you should note that when you reply to their e-mails, instead of the e-mail going to them, they have configured the message internally so that the reply goes to your e-mail address, not theirs! You think you have replied, but in fact, nothing has been sent.
So if you use a reply to their e-mail to cancel or dispute anything, you won't be able to prove that you sent it to them as it will have your e-mail address as the recipient, not theirs.
You have to copy and paste their e-mail address in the "To" line for the message to be sent to them.
