I ordered from rollies.com as the other people on this report. After waiting 3 weeks I e-mailed company asking for status. No reply. I called and phone rang forever and went to voice mail, left message on 3 different dates over 3 weeks, no reply, sent 3 more e-mails with (I have confirmed copy of all e-mail sent with full headers), (you gessed it) NO REPLY. Over 4 weeks went by. I called my credit card company and filled a chargeback, next day rollies credit card company e-mailed rollguy and I (I have copy of that e-mail also), and experessed concirn over chargbacks and then owner of rollies e-mailed me with very nasty e-mail:
I have cut and pasted e-mail from rollies to me after chargeback: Totally unbelievable that a business would send this type of e-mail to a customer that did nothing wrong but try to get product they ordered... Here is cut:
