I placed my order on line and received confirmation e-mail telling me it included all the details of my order, listing all items and charges.
It also said it would ship in 2 to 6 weeks. Today is December 11 and no Grout Bully, yet they continue to advertise on TV and internet.
I tried contacting the company by phone number provided on its website which was merely an automated system that never put you in contact with someone to answer your questions on the status of your order. When I looked on-line about contacting customer service via e-mail, it provided no e-mail address, nor was there any way to reply to the company through the 'do not reply' message I got from the company confirming my order. I tried sending e-mail by hitting reply and in Oct. 2011 but still never received response and to date, no product.
