Star Health & Beauty contacted me back in March to carry their products and I agreed. They said their facial cream had instant results to help with wrinkles within 5 minutes. The product did not work at all and I could not sell a product that does not back up their claims. So i contacted them to return it within 30 days and they told me I could not get a refund for 120 days so I said fine. So after the 120 days I called back to get a RA# for my refund and they gave me RA 787 and I returned the products.
I finally get a letter in the mail stating I have a 209.58 credit. I do not want a credit because their products do not work. They never once told me that I could not get my money back and would be only getting a credit. I had also tried another product and did nothting for me. So now they will not give me a refund so this is my first attempt to getting my money back my next step will be going to small claims. I returned all products and all I want is my money back because I paid with a check.
