I purchased a Therapeutic Magnetic Mattress Pad from Creative Health Products in October. The product came with a 90 day home trial. I called the toll free number to request a return authorization number and, as I figured, the number had been changed. The new number had also been changed. After three changes the phone was "answered" by a machine. The message was that the lines had been down and they were swamped with orders. WELL 0ne week latter I am still waiting. Several calls all netted the same results. The guarantee gives you a narrow window of 10 days to request a refund. The company seems to have several names.international Health Concepts, California Health Products, and Creative Health Products.
