Sends product late so 15 trial is over, phone number won't go through, live chat goes no where!

I fell for the 'free trial' gimick. So learn your lesson and go on. But it has become impossible to contact this company to discontinue future mailings. The phone number given does not go through, they also say you can go on the live chat and someone will cancel the membership. No one comes on the live chat and you are steered to any number of spots to indicate what you want and everything just flips back to the same screen with no help. I do not want more money taken from my card i want it stopped.
