When ordering Total Cleanse free trial it automatically signes you up for several other products. While I had to call multiple times, I was able to cancel the FitFactory (866-407-1022) without any issue and received a refund.
However, it was quite a task to cancel the Total Cleanse! The phone number given on their website is not a working number (866-320-0038) and you can not return the product without an RMA.
I was able to find a website that you can use the live chat to cancel the order, sflnutrition.com
I received an email cancellation confirmation and also emailed myself a copy of the chat for future reference.
I will be more aware next time, remember... They have to pay for the "free trial" somehow!
