In good faith, I ordered a product via online from this company, All State Beauty on January 3. To date, it is January 28, I still do not have the product and my credit card was charged. I called their number 718-928-0995 and it did not allow me to leave a message. I sent them two urgent emails dated January 22 and January 26 and still no response.
Yesterday, finally, I called again twice yesterday, January 27 and it allowed me to leave messages and told them to call me urgently. To date, no response. I would strongly recommend reporting this to the Better Business Bureau if indeed this is a scam. Whoever reads this report and whoever owns this complaint web should help us resolve this situation and help consumers like me trace this company.
