I ordered from the company on January 7th. I had to inquire as to when the order would be shipped. I was told in a message that the order just shipped, (January 9th). On January 18th, I asked for a tracking number. The message sent back was that the shipment would arrive Monday, January 21st.informed them that was a national holiday, so they messaged back that it would arrive January 22nd. On January 20th, I asked what service would be used for my shipment. I did not receive a response, so on January 23rd, I sent another message on the whereabouts of my order. I received the response that they would look into it. It is now January 25th, I have sent 3 messages with no response. I have also asked for a tracking number several times, without success of receiving one.
I would call, but there is no phone number attached.
