I orders $30 of product from Allstatebeauty.com online. I paid through pay pal and did receive a confirmation. Never received the product. Allstatebeauty.com can not be contacted. Phone disconnected - not email, etc. I got ripped off and they are still ripping people off on the internet. I don't know why pay pal still accepts payment to them.
