I ordered some pet anti-arthritis supplements on January 3rd from their web-site. On the 8th, I called and got no answer. I e-mailed and it was returned with a "mailbox full" message. Not a good sign. I looked them upon this web-site, and found 2 complaints. On Friday a man answered the phone and said he would check on my order and e-mail me. Nothing happened.
Monday, the 12th, someone answered the phone and told me that the order had been sent out on the 6th. They would send me a tracking number. They did not. The 6th is also when the charge was dated on my Visa.
On Wednesday, he answered and said it was 5 to 7 business days for delivery and should arrive soon. I again asked for a tracking number and got it Thursday morning. I went to the Post Office and found out it had been actually mailed on Tuesday from Suunydale California.
It arrived from a similarly-named company in New York state on Friday. My dog has her pills and I will find another company to do business with.
