My wife ordered some products online from The Firm exercise program. As part of her order she was opted into "free" online web support. Of course a few months later they started charging our credit card 9.99 a month because they say she agreed to a have the free service become a paid service. She never used the online support a single time. We only found about about this because my wife lost her credit card and had it canceled. When The Firm could no longer rip us off for the monthly fee they turned us over to a collection agency.
Our bad for not checking our credit card statements more closesly. The practice of opting you into a charged service with fine print is an unethical business practice that is only used by companies who are in business to rip people off. You should not buy anything related to the he FIRM Studio, or from firmdirect.com. If you do or have in the past you should check your credit card statements closely every month for about the next 6 months (our charges didn't start showing up untill four months after she made her purchase).
