59.95 3X's on my account, for a 4.95 trial of Acai Berry. Called/emailed them repeatedly to cancel

What do we have to do to stop these people from billing us 59.95 MONTHLY (since 10/24,11/13, and 12/30) for Acai Berry Products that we do not have? I have emailed, and called them repeatedly and talked to people with number such as 7546, with no response. Somebody please help!!!
