I ordered the trial wu yi tea offer x2. I was automatically joined as a member and they proceeded to debit my account of over $450 nz dollars. I cancelled x2 and was still billed for tea I hadn't ordered. How do we stop these people? I am now having trouble getting them to refund my money. Now I have to pay more money to send stuff back that I didn't want in the first place. I can't contact the management side of the company and the only people I can get hold of are the live chat computers on the net. What now?
