I signed up for a one day trial for $1. I realised quickly how rubbish the site was and promptly cancelled my membership. I then discovered a monthly membership bill on my visa statement. I quickly contacted the bfb online support who, through poor English, told me I had signed up for full membership, I went back into the site and went over it very carefully to discover if I had misread the terms and conditions, I hadn't, the site does not offer distinctions between what a full member can click on or what a trial member can click on without automatically upgrading their membership!
More recently I discovered my visa card had been hacked and a substantial amount had been debited but the transaction was not processed due to insufficient funds it was apparent to my provider that bfbsupport was to blame!!!
