I ordered a free trial of this product, AcaiX3, online. It took 8 days to receive a 10 day trial bottle, and they count the 10 days from the minute you place the order. The bottle came in a mailing envelope with no invoice or contact information other than the return address of the company.
I have been trying to cancel this "Free trial" since it came. I had to dig through their website in order to get to the cancellation information, and the phone number they listed to cancel the product belongs to a company who does not support them. After talking to the reps of this company, who are aware of this problem but cannot do anything to help, I tried to email AcaiX3 using the email listed under cancelling your subscription but have gotten no reply. Ditto for snail mail to their return address on the package.
I was charged $88 and some change for the next batch, which came in a similar mailer. I did not open it as I intend to mark it "return to sender" and notify the post office of mail fraud, but I can tell by feeling it that it has no invoice inside either.
Whatever you do, DO NOT order a free trial from this company! And if you did, DO NOT ingest their product! If they give false information on their website, it cannot be safe to use their product!
