Fraudulent billing, terrible customer service

I was required by my insurance carrier to utilize Precision RX for my daughter's Synagis vaccinations last winter. The previous years, we had utilized other specialty pharmacies without issues, so I had no idea what I was in for.

What was I in for? Late medication shipments, jeopardizing my daughter's health; getting the runaround every time I ordered the medication with regards to shipping it to her pediatrician's office; tearing my hair out every month over having the claim submitted to both our primary and secondary insurance companies; and now finally, 8 months after her last dose, calls from collections agencies requesting payment for charges that should be covered by insurance, some of which have ALREADY BEEN PAID.

That's right, they are sending me bills for charges that my secondary insurance company has already paid out. And that's after 5 months of not receiving a bill... Silly me, I thought this was all cleared up!!!
