I was called by Superior Bennifits, and was asked how would i like to receive an unsecured Visa credit limit $2000.00 and a one time fee of 299.00 I asked what strings attached? How long will do i have to wait to receive my visa? S/W Jessica Stated; No strings attached, and as soon as the 299. Clear your account, your bennifit package will be shipped to you in 10 days, by fed/Ex, sign the papers in your package and send back to us, I asked how about if i fax you the papers, how soon will i receive my card. Jessica stated; 3 days. I have been waiting for the package to come since March, Each time i called to find out what's going on, they tell me there's a backup on orders and ask me my name, then they tell me my address and say i should be receiving my package by the end of the month. I waited, at the end of the month, no package.
I called them back and they had a new company name; The World Bennifit Family. I S/W Ted Alan and he stated; There's a large back up and i should be receiving my package in about 2 weeks He apologized for the inconvience and delay. @ weeks passed by, no package. I called and S/W Dana She stated the sam thing as the others stated. I asked to S/W her supervisor which was Tom Anderson He stated the same thing and apologized for the delays. I asked him to cancel my order i did'nt want the card and to give me a cancelation #He told me that i had to wait until my package comes to me and i had to send it back. He stated it will be sent to me in 2 weeks and it's not here and i want my refund back. And if he did'nt give me a cancellation # i was calling the police. He asked me to hold, he came back with this 529-682 and told me that my order has been canceled. I have'nt received my refund as of yet. My Bank stated i need to verify the cancellation #.
They gave me a Tracking # for Fed/Ex. I called Fed/ex and they stated the package was picked up on the 16th of June and i will receive it on the, 6-22-04. I asked the fed/ex represenative if i canceled that order what shall i do when the package comes? Fed/ex stated; send it back to the sender. Please help me.
