Qfl took $56.93 from my checking account when I had made several attempts to cancel my membership and no one ever returned my call. I finally got ahold of someone and they told me to return the package when I get it and they would refund my money. I returned the package on 8/11/08. I called them on 8/21/08 and Bill told me it would be refunded to my account by monday or tuesday I called them again on 8/28/08 and they said it would take 20 days from the time I sent the package back. It has been almost 2 months and I still haven't received a refund to my account.
