The new manager of the store that has the posted complaint went out of her way to go to my fathers nursing home fit him and take glasses back. I had no other way to help him see and it was the fifth store I had been at trying to get help for Dad. They went above and beyond to help me and if that is how they view customer service should be I will tell everyone I ever meet to go there. No problems with glasses at all in the past 3 months. The store is small and very busy but in my 4 trips there so far, everyone was hard working and pleasant, I wonder if this person who complained has a clue as to how great that store is???
