Any reputable business would not force you into making a decision on the spot. Yet this is what Future Fitness does. My wife and I took the tour and were shocked at the prices, as we'd hoped to sign both of us up. So we left, had lunch and decided to go back and just sign her up.
When we returned a few hours later after running some errands, we were told that the prices quoted 3 hours before were no longer valid and we'd be charged $200 more. What? What? Whhatttt? (can you visualize the top of my head exploding?)
Again, what reputable business would use such high handed tactics. I have enrolled in gyms in NY, CT, MN, CA and MI over the last 25 years-and have never been subject to such frivolous policies and high pressure tactic.
How they think this will help their reputation and business success is beyond me.
Please use the power of the consumer and avoid this company until they change their way.
