My employer handed me a fax stating an insurance offer - when I called this company, the rep. Was very fast & evasive, had to ask him to slow down to ask questios - I was told that I'd be receiving my insurance package in ten days at which time they took out $199 plus $125 enrollment fee. When I did get package 20 days later - which clearly prints that it was not an insurance but a benefit package - I called to cancel & never got through - This is a total scam & people who are desperate for health insurance shoud look else where!
