Vitamin World
You cannot RETURN anything with a receipt here, but can return merchandise in another Vitamin World

I visited Vitamin World in Kenner to purchase the Optimum Whey Protein. Not knowing my spouse only wanted the Optimum Protein, I purchased the Vitamin World's Vanilla Protein, and went to return it with a receipt for exchange or a refund.

The Manager refused me the right and stated that they do not take back and give refunds. I left the Protein anyway.

I then visited Vitamin World in Gulfport, Ms. And the Manager informed me that they take back Protein and other items, esp. With a receipt, and also I am a regular customer of Vitamin World.

So, all Vitamin World Stores should have the SAME Policies & Procedures and abide by them.

Any consumer may want to find out the REFUND policy of the Vitamin World Store they visit before purchasing anything.
