I was a patient of Dr Beltran in January. I went to Dr Beltran for a Breast Augmentation. After several visits with the Dr, I decided to go ahead with the operation. After my surgery I was very concerned with the noticable scaring I had. Many friends who had gone to other Plastic Surgeons for the same procedure did not have the same noticable scaring. Dr Beltran told me "This is normal, I have been doing this for years " He became very arrogant and rude that I question his work.
After months of recovery I went to a second opinion. I was shocked to find out this procedure had been completly botched up. I immediatly contacted Dr Beltran. He would not return calls or follow up with my recovery. I am in the process of filing complaints with the State Medical Board. I want people to know what type of human being this man is. I have since then had multiple procedures with another surgeon to fix the mistakes Dr Beltran made.
