Dr. Beltran did a non-cosmeticprocedure on me. As it was a medical procedure, my insurance covered most of it. He sent me to get some very expensive scans from an imaging office. Surgery was performed at this outpatient surgical facility in the same building as his office. NOTverified, but someone told me that Dr. Beltran might have financial interest in both surgical facility and imaging office.
Anyway, interesting to find reports filed by other victims/patients. Dr. Beltran pulledthe same thingon me. When his first procedure failed, he told me thathe could easily fix it and would take insurance money as payment in full. When the second surgery failed, he wanted to do it for the third time. Again, he offered to do it for just insurance money. I didn't do it for the third time. But, scary, maybeI wasbutchered so hecan get moremoney from my insurance company - andnotbecause he didn't know what he was doing. He injured me permanently and my life will never be the same.
Please everyone submitcomplaint to the Medical Board of Calif. They will want a lot ofcomplaints before they can give him even a verbal warning.
