Their state medical board has encouraged 12 Orange County physicians this season, including four who dropped their permits for violations from working medications to bilking Medicare, based on files recently launched from the panel. Listed here are the board’s allegations from the physicians, and also the disciplinary measures taken:
• Dr. Robert Rudy Beltran, a cosmetic surgeon in Irvine, was punished in April and charged of not informing an individual before doing a leg-raise process he was been trained in hearing, nose and neck surgery. Beltran was also reported for apparently failing to accordingly handle the article-operative wound problems as well as for not maintaining appropriate medical records. Beltran said he's contested the text within the board’s reprimand and stated they misrepresented the reality in the event
