This company is not the offical organic Wu Yi Tea, based in Austin TX. It is a different company altogether.
The product was shipped while I was on vacation and when I returned home and found out how much caffine was in the tea I called and asked them for permission to return the unopened tea. They said ok, gave me an address, refused to give me a return label so I had to pay to return it. I also got a delivery confirmation from the US Postal Serivce.
The product was received by this company on August 27. They billed my credit card for the full amount on 9/6. I phoned them today, 9/9 to inquire as to why I was billed after they had received the product back. The response was "it takes 10 working days to process a return and issue a credit." I asked if I could expect a credit on 9/11 or 9/12 and the agent said no, it would take two weeks from today.
That would make it a total of nearly a month since they received the product before I get my credit.
I am filing a report with my credit card company so I don't have to pay this charge or have any penalties assessed should it take more than two weeks to process.
