Acai Resolution, Have called and cancelled the shipments but still receive shipment, they withdraw automatically from bank

Ordered a trial bottle of Acai Resolution, you only pay shipping (that's how they get your info to continue charging your card). Called immediately to cancel the shipments. Have talked to the company on a couple of occasions but withdrawals and shipments continue.
