Elliott's Natural Food's - Liars

I talked with an employee at Elliott's about purchasing a Champion Juicer. I specifically asked him if I would be able to return it if I was not satisfied. When I told him that a previous store I had been to would not take returns he assured me that Elliott's policy was not to accept opened bottles but that they would accept returns on juicers.

I called today to find out about returning it and was told that no employee there would tell me that I could return a juicer.
