Elliott Building Group out of Langhorne PA has left ALL of their subcontractors out to dry when they made some BAD business decisions and spent all of the money they owe to their subs! Brad Elliott, who was PRESIDENT of the Pennsylvania Home Builders Association, has informed his subcontractors AFTER all of their work was complete that he does not have the money to pay them for their services performed. HE is STILL going ahead and settling on homes that all of the subs worked on, but NOT sending ANY of the money made to ANY of the subs. Many subs are having to go out of business because of this poor excuse of a building group! Something needs to be done! Do not buy homes from elliott building group! They put all the money in their pocket and try to find new subs to build their next venture!!! They are still recruiting new subs to work on some developments knowing they will never pay them!
