Elliott Concrete Company AKA Shad D. Elliott Failed to pay his subcontractors resulting in a fradulant mechanics lien palced on my home Chesterfield / Midlothian

This contractor installed a concrete driveway for me. I had a signed contract with him and paid him all monies due. He never paid the concrete supplier. The concrete company was Commonwealth Concrete located in Hopewell, VA. Commonwealth Concrete filed a mechanics lien on my property without trying to collect from Elliott Concrete.
