James Edward Elliott Has not paid child support for our son since the order was processed over 4 years ago. He has also only shown up once for his visitation, and he drove 12 hours to pick our son up-without a license, and he had been drinking. He has not been to see him since. He also does not call him because he doesn't want to "waste his minutes". He has been sent to prison for it and yet he still refuses to pay. Right now he is wanted by the State Of Missouri for probation violations. He is a convicted felon with numerous convictions for DUI (repeat offender), driving while revoked, and felony non-support. He was ordered to pay $311 a month, but his attorney argued that the $11 would be a 'hardship' for his client. The State of Missouri has placed a lien on his house, which means there is a judgment, then a couple weeks later he traded the house to someone for a fifth-wheel trailer.
