Denial of STD. Placing 3rd appeal

I gave you my cell phone number. I've been a worker at BMW for nearly 9 years. Feb. 14 I joined Greenville Funeral to get a total hysterectomy and kidney surgery. It got 4 hours. Our Physician set me unemployed 1/31. I'd serious abdominal and pelvic discomfort along side abnormal bleeding. I named Aetna and documented my state. Paperwork takes forever at both ends. Lastly I had been authorized for my STD per week after my surgery. The following week I obtained a refusal notice declaring I'd insufficient info for my 8 business days prior to the surgery. At the moment BMW was on the 4-10 turn evening routine. Following the refusal I submitted the very first charm with Aetna. It experienced the appeals procedure and returned towards the office at home in Portland Maine. Again they asked for more paperwork. Our gynecologist posted his records detailing that I'd a bood mark in my own womb among other problems. I delivered to function 2 months later. They simply denied my 2nd charm declaring insufficient proof for all those 8 times thus again the whole attraction was refused. From1/31/08-2/28/08 used to do not obtain any Temporary Funds. I've been back at the office for just two weeks plus they offered me factors for the whole period I had been out. I'm processing my next attraction. Our last opportunity to obtain the paperwork accepted. Aetna has named my physician and informed them they required no further info from their store;however they explained I'd to obtain more medical factors as well as their nurse needed to agree to be able to obtain the state authorized. Even when the physician directs more records they might refuse my state. Basically am refused this time around I'll be dismissed from BMW. Just how can this occur? Just how can this be reasonable? Please I want your support. I can't afford to get rid of my work to get a surgery that saved my entire life.
