I'd prefer to understand how you are able to permit a business for example Aetna Insurance to maintain their permit, and fraudulently consider individuals income with no effects.
I'm once more creating to inform you that Aetna Life Insurance Provider has again confronted to prevent my LTD Advantages, declaring THEY discovered I'm with the capacity of performing some kind of work, despite the fact that my treating physician has mentioned that I'm completely not capable of work. (Notice from my doctor closed).
Today, August 3 I obtained a phone from Peggy from Aetna Life Insurance declaring that AETNA has decided that I will actually go back to some kind of function and they'll quit my inspections of $244 per month.
That Is AGAINST my treating physicians instructions.
For 2 decades Aetna has experimented with quit the advantages, THAT WE AM ELIGIBLE FOR, for my LTD, that we taken care of through payroll deduction. Nowadays, they've decided (without actually actually observing me) that I will return to function, plus they are preventing these advantages.
In March my physician was delivered an and Restrictions worksheet which he completed, (I'm delivering a duplicate), declaring written down “TOTALLY DISBALED.”
In April Aetna attempted to express these were preventing my advantages since my physician never answered for their notice. After I told them he did actually return it since I've the licensed notice to show it, they suddenly discovered it.
