My daughter and I went for facials at the school. When it came time to put pads over our eyes (to protect them from the lights they said) both of us felt liquid dripping into our eyes from the pads. When I asked what was on the pads I was told that it was just water. As I was laying there my sinuses were filling up and my eyes felt swollen. They did extractions of blackheads quickly and removed the pads. Upon getting up I was dizzy and looked in the mirror and my eyes were swollen. I tried to reason it was because I was laying in the same position for an hour that I was also dizzy and drove home. My daughter also had the same reaction so I called the school when returning home.
I was told that Rosanne was one of the owners and she would be returning my call. While waiting for her call my daughter came across this site. I wish she would have done this before going there. I called the school again because Rosanne had not yet returned my call and told Jody that they need to look at this site because there are many complaints about them on here.
About 5 minutes after I spoke to Jody, Rosanne called me back to tell me that they were refunding me and my daughters money and that she didn't appreciate me saying those things about her and her partner Maria. All I said was to go look on this webiste for all the reports. They did in fact return our money. We are still suffering from our eyes burning and being swollen and my sinuses are still stuffed up. I had also asked if the water was fresh water or water that had been sitting there for a few days accumulating bacteria. No answer was given. I also spoke with Tara there and she said they had no time for this nonsense. I told her that burning eyes and dizziness after a facial was not nonsense. I was told to go to the ER to make sure it wasnt chemicals that were put on the pads.
