I purchased a package of 48 training sessions for a total of $2159.52. For health reasons, I had to delay using them for a future date. I called them several months ago to ask for a refund and was encouraged not to get the refund and save the sessions for when my health improved and I could use them. I was told they'd been in business for many years and would not go out of business.
I recently tried to call them to schedule a training session and found that the website and 1-800 number were not operational.
I am devastated by this and now will not have the money to pay for another trainer.
What are my options? How can I get my money back? Has anyone else had this happen, and what have you done?
