I am a personal trainer. National Home Trainers sent me to a home to train someone for 26 sessions. I have trained the person for 24 sessions and have only been paid for 3 sessions (and that check bounced and I had to be sent another check). I've faxed paperwork, sent e-mails and called on the phone and I can't get my money from them. They give me a different story everytime I call. First they said that they didn't have all my paperwork, then they told me that checks were mailed out. Then they told me the checks that were mailed out were returned to them for some reason. Then I had my client call and they told her I had been paid and acted as if I was lying and they were rude to her. Worst of all, they treated me as if I was a criminal all I because I want to get paid. They are a horrible company. They never called me or the client to check on the clients progress or to see if she was happy with the service. It is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. If you are a personal trainer, don't work for them. If you are looking for a personal trainer, don't use their services, they don't care about people or about fitness.
