"closed their doors" and did not return money for incomplete training sessions Nationwide

I paid this company $1300 dollars up-front for a package of personal fitness training sessions. I had a wonderful trainer but after completing only half of my sessions I received a letter in the mail notifying me that the company was 'closing their doors' and did not address any issue about how I could get my money back.

My trainer was has not been compensated for my sessions and one of the checks she did receive bounced. She has other clients as well that paid in full up-front and did not get their money back.

It is very clear that their are many, many people who have lost money or have not been properly compensated for their services. Something needs to be done. Hopefully many people will read this, share their stories as well, and maybe we can get a class action suit going.
