Yes, just like the title says: National Liars Association. This company claims to provide affordable healthcare plans which according to them does not mean an insurance company. They work with 3rd party enrollment centers apparently, who suck you into this policy agreement within few minutes and in return give nothing back. Not a web address, no follow-up numbers, nothing. I asked for company info via e-mail, but what I received instead shocked me. There was a very short and extremely informal e-mail congratulating me on enrollment with the word "congratulations" spelled as "congradulations". Also there was no letter head and no links.
Anyway, I called back shortly to cancel and had to go through this long process to do so. Cancelled few days after enrollment and still waiting for MY REFUND! This took place in early Nov '07. Today is April '08 and I am still waiting for my refund after many requests.in fact called them today again only to find out that National Alliance Associations no longer operating. I demand my full REFUND!
