Hard to believe that the business of caring for people has digressed into a assembly line mentality, with a huge sales push. I visited Monarch today (my first visit) hoping to find a dental caregiver, instead I was ushered through an eighty minute sales pitch... And left having to make another appointment for my cleaning, and $1200 estimate for a bunch of stuff I don't really need. What happened to the days of a dentist who cared about a patient's time, health and well being?
As a result of their "practices" I was forced to cough up my insurance co-pay today despite not receiving any care. That's right, my insurance company is left footing the cost of the Monarch Dental sales pitch, we will all feel that when our rates increase the next time. I am also forced to go back to Monarch for my cleaning as my insurance company will not pay again for the initial "exam" and x-rays, I will also be forced to come out of pocket again for the co-pay.
I strongly urge all readers to avoid not only this office, but the entire BrightNow! Dental Network. BrightNow! Is the parent company and most likely the brainchild behind this mentality. You will truly be ripped-off. Losing money, time and well being...
