I had vibrations coming from my tires after 1 month of use. I took my vehicle to a shop who checked everything. Told me it had to be the tires. I took the vehicle to Sears who rebalanced my tires.
A few weeks later the tires again started vibrating. I again took the vehicle back to Sears this time asking for new tires. I was told the vibration was not the tires. I asked Sears manager to test them and he would not rebalance or align the car.
I was offerd 10 % of the value of the tires. Sears did not honor the warranty. Any other company would have. Why does Sears get away with these tactics?
