I was presented the offer in a pop-up on my computer. The offer sounded good. I was chared 7.95 for a trial offer, and had 14 days to cancel. However, my credit card was charged before the trial ended and after I had called and canceled. When I called to cancel I was told I had until the 25th of that month to ship the product back. When I realized I had been charged before that date, I called customer service again. I was then told that I had until the 3rd of the next month to send the product back and get issued a refund. I sent it back, waited, and nothing happened. I called customer service once again. I was told they did not have my package, and asked me to get a UPS confirmation #. I have been dealing with UPS for the last ten years and have never had an issue. I delt with Purity Minerals one time, and I am still battleing for my 60.00! Anyway, the package was miraculously found, only they are not refunding my money. I have to pay 60.00 due to poor custormer service training, mis-leading information, and a mis-represented product. I am out 60.00 and no longer have the product either. I was then told they would return the product to me if I pay for shipping and handling!!! Are you kidding me! Do yourself a favor... Go to Wal-Mart buy XXXXXXXXXXX Make-up and be done with it. To top it all off the make-up was not that good. I still had to wear a small amount of liquid foundation under the "shimmery" mineral make-up. The product does not provide good coverage and has a glitter to it.
