The Purity make-up was supposed to arrive 1st week of March 08. When the product did not arrive I contacted the post office and they had no package. When contacting Purity customer service they did not care they insisted the package had arrived at the post office. They were going to reship the product to me I pay shipping again. I was standoffish, so I said no. They extended my trial period.
The day before my trial period was up I called them again to confirm the transaction and they did not care that I didn't have the product and I could tell that this conversation was a common one. She said she could not reship because it was costing the company too much money, so they had stopped the reship program.
So as I did want to try the product and get future cosmetics mailed to me they are not interested. This is bad business, I would have maybe been a loyal life long customer. They threw it out the window.
I feel like I have been ganked. Thats not nice
