I ordered a free samlpe of Wu-Yi Tea on 11/23. I received an email for confirmation on 11/28. I spoke with a representative about returning the product and was given the RMA#251989 for the return and mailed on 12/24. I recieved my credit card statement and found charges of $37.37 were made 12/11 and again for $55.50 on 12/22.
I called again on 1/3 and was told to use the same RMA# to return a second package and that my request for a refund had been noted. The trial package was a 30 day supply, why was I then charged for a 60-day supply in less than 2 weeks? Their infomation pamplet reads 'You will never be billed' I have returned all of this product.
I have found nothing is free and nothing is guranteed once they have your card information. I have also emailed the company on 3/3/08 with no reply and again on 3/10/08 and now I've got to have a tracking number it is most important but it's just not mentioned in their papers only the Return Merchandise Authoriaztion (RMA) number. I'd like my money back and I've learned my leason I will never order off of the internet again.
