I thought I would try a FREE sample of Hoodia Fusion which I ordered back in Oct. 19. I was charge the agreed shipping charge. Several weeks later received a package from them with a month supply that I did not authorize for the price of $89.97.
I called the company (Novemember 16) and was given an address to return the product. I sent it first class mail with a tracking #. I gave the company about 6 weeks for the return to process and a credit be issued.
Checked my account in January of this year and no credit.
I called the company and they said that they did not receive the item. So I found my records and gave them a tracking # so they could verify. I received an e-mail that a credit would be issued to my visa with in 3-5 days.
It is now the 27 of Feb and no credit. Called the company on Friday the 22 of Feb and they would look into it. I have reported this to my credit card company. Received an e-mail today that the company is no longer operating and are unable to issue any refunds. Customer service # also not working.
They have their product and still have my money. Look up Hoodia Fusion Complaints and you will see a complaint board full of complaints about this company and fraudulent practices. I would like my credit of $ 89.97 due to me.
